Warranty Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable.

• This warranty does not supersede any prior warranties issued for shorter durations.

• Warranty Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Workmanship Coverage

Coverage remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the fence and includes:

• Adjustment of gate hinges, latches, and self-closing mechanisms

• Fence leaning or movement

• Loose posts

• Detached fence sections

Limited Non-Workmanship Bonus Coverage

• Premature decay: 3 years

• Complete wood splits: 1 year

• Material warping: 1 year

Warranty Exclusions

• Repairs made to existing fences are excluded from coverage.

• No coverage applies when our materials are combined with fencing materials supplied by another company.

• Damage caused by Acts of Nature (Acts of God) is not covered.

• Dumpster fences are excluded from all warranty coverage.
